As part of Fáilte Ireland’s Taste the Island Food Festival, in this fun and messy workshop for families you will discover all about traditional Irish plants and recipes, before painting and planting your very own pots and seedlings to take home. From Irish strawberries to tomatoes and beyond, you’ll receive step-by-step guidelines on how to start your very own edible garden! Yum!
Recommended for families with children 5+ years old. Tickets are 9 euro per family taking part and include all the materials required for one set of plants and pots. If your family would like additional sets, please purchase multiple tickets. Tickets entitle the family entrance to the workshop only – entry to EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum comes at an additional cost. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times for the duration of the workshop.
