Ferrero, the Italian brand that makes the popular hazelnut chocolate spread, is opening its first all-Nutella cafe at the end of the month.
Although there are a few Nutella-inspired cafes this will be the first run by the actual company.
Also, the official Nutella Cafe, to be based in Chicago’s Millennium Park Plaza, will also serve savoury items that, unfortunately, do not contain Nutella.
However, there will be some sweet favourites including crepes, pancakes, croissant, hazelnut granola and yoghurt and a Nutella fondue with fresh fruit.
'Walking into the first-ever, brand new Nutella Cafe on Michigan Avenue is like walking into a jar of Nutella itself", according to the Chicago Tribune.
It was recently reported that almost 400,000 tonnes of Nutella are produced worldwide every year.
