A mother lost all four of her children at Berlin’s main train station this week after briefly turning her back on them to buy a ticket.
The shocking incident happened at Berlin's Hauptbahnhof train station as the family was traveling from Italy to Munich last Monday.
The mother immediately notified police and two of her children were found in the station. A third child was found in a different train station, the Berlin-Südkreuz.
The last child, only three years old, was discovered shortly after by a conductor but was traveling alone a high-speed train heading south. Bild reports that the little boy was reunited with his family in Leipzig, 160km away, and the family completed their journey to Munich together.
