Elf Town Dublin returns for 2025 following a successful debut last year. Families can expect a refreshed 90-minute Christmas experience with new characters, updated sets and an enhanced atmosphere thanks to reduced group sizes. The journey ends with a private visit to Santa who greets each child with a small piece of secret information shared by parents before the visit.
New for this year is a payment plan option that allows visitors to spread the cost of tickets over two equal instalments. Families can also book early and change the date or time later, as long as there is availability. Any details for Santa can be updated up to 48 hours before arrival.
All children will receive a souvenir Elf Town Golden Ticket by post before their visit. The experience includes visits to Santa, Mrs Claus, Jack Frost and Santa’s real reindeer, along with a cast of professional actors who guide families through a new storyline designed for both younger and older children. A new high spec sound system has been installed to add to the atmosphere throughout.
Elf Town has added extra dates due to growing demand and introduced an optional cancellation insurance for peace of mind. The focus this year is on relaxed crowd numbers and an improved personalised invitation package to make the build up to each visit feel special.
