The website and services may be subject to limitations, delays and other issues inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. YDO continually updates and improves its website and services. This may occasionally result in periods of downtime, although YDO will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the website and services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YDO is not liable for delays, delivery failures or other damage resulting from such issues.

YDO acts as a data processor on behalf of the Organiser, who acts as the data controller. Information or data relating to the Organiser’s customers, including transactional data obtained when a customer purchases a ticket through YDO, is the responsibility of the Organiser and is stored and processed by YDO on the Organiser’s behalf.

YDO is not the organiser or owner of events listed on the website. YDO provides services that allow Users to create and promote events and to manage ticketing and registration.

The Organiser is responsible for ensuring that its event page and the event itself comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. The Organiser is also responsible for ensuring that the goods and services described on the event page are delivered accurately and satisfactorily.

Payments for tickets purchased through YDO are processed using Stripe.

To request a ticket transfer, please contact the Organiser responsible for the relevant event or activity.

Transactions take place between the Organiser and its customers. Customers should therefore contact the relevant Organiser regarding cancellations, refunds or booking changes.

Where a refund is approved by the Organiser, it may consist of the ticket price less any applicable booking, administration or payment-processing fees. This will constitute full settlement of the approved refund.
