Santa Train Experience
Step into a festive wonderland at Stradbally Woodland Railway, where the Santa Train brings Christmas magic to life with steam, sparkle and cheer. Guests are welcomed by friendly elves who hand out golden tickets and reindeer dust before the adventure begins. The platform is alive with festive fun, including face painting, games and music to set the seasonal mood.
Families then hop aboard Róisín, a heritage locomotive transformed into a festive sleigh, for a gentle ride through the decorated woodland in the company of Mrs Claus. Along the way, children can look out for Santa’s reindeer and woodland creatures. After the journey, there’s time to warm up with a hot drink at Steamin’ Brews café, post a Christmas letter in Santa’s special box, and enjoy a one-on-one visit with Santa himself. Every child receives a gift to take home, making it a magical experience to remember.
