Boyle Arts Festival returns from 16th to 25th July 2026 with ten days of music, theatre, visual arts, literature, comedy and community celebrations throughout the town. One of the highlights of the summer in County Roscommon, the festival brings together established performers, emerging artists and local talent in venues, galleries and outdoor spaces across Boyle.
Families are well catered for throughout the festival. Highlights include the colourful Opening Parade, Family Fest at the Market, children’s parade workshops, robotics workshops, sensory-friendly movement sessions, interactive music activities and the popular Art Trail, alongside creative workshops and exhibitions that encourage visitors of all ages to get involved.
The programme also features an impressive line-up of concerts, theatre productions, literary events, talks and visual art exhibitions, with performances from well-known Irish musicians, theatre companies and artists throughout the ten-day festival.
Whether you’re planning a family day out, browsing the exhibitions or enjoying an evening concert, Boyle Arts Festival offers something for all ages and remains one of the cultural highlights of the west of Ireland’s summer calendar.
