The Farmyard is a working farm that is open to the public for fun farm activities and educational workshops. Learn how to make Home Made Bread, Churn Butter and even bake your own pizza, in our clay stove. Why not sit back and relax in our stress-free tea rooms, where the Coffee and Tea is good, but our home made scones are even better. We run a number of farm tours and events from Hen Parties, School Tours for ages 7 up to 18 and Summer Camps. Our team building events offer a great fun day out for all organisations, employers or educators to kick back and forget the stress of every day. We offer a number of summer camps for children of all ages that brings children so close to nature, they often want to take our animals home with them. All our rooms are all available for hire for any occasion. The Farmyard offers a unique setting for your Wedding Day. Our Christmas experience is a must for all the family to ring in the festive season of joy and fun. Tours / Groups The Farmyard provides international tourists with a unique insight into Irish country life past and present. Ideally located at the foot of Mullaghmore mountain and only twenty minutes from either the Cliffs of Moher, Ennis or Gort, this “hidden treasure” provides a quality authentic Irish experience in the heart of the Burren.
