About Balor Arts Centre
The Balor Arts Centre hosts over 100 music, drama and comedy performances each year in Donegal's newest purpose built arts venue.
The Balor Arts Centre is made up of two sister companies – The Butt Drama Circle Company Ltd and Balor Developmental Community Arts Group Ltd (Balor DCA).
The Butt Drama Circle Company Ltd looks after the Balor Theatre venue which hosts national and international performances every year.
Opening Hours
Box Office: Monday - Friday 10.00am to 5.00pm
On evenings when we are hosting a performance the Box Office stays open until 30 minutes after the start of the show.
The Box Office is closed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays unless there is a show on in which case the Box Office opens two hours before the performance.
The Balor Bar is open for pre-show drinks from 7.30pm on performance nights and remains open after the performance.
Schools
The Balor is delighted to welcome schools to our productions. Where we stage special school matinee performances tickets for teachers are free of charge.
Parking
The Balor provide free public car parking available directly opposite the venue, or if you wish you can avail of the many on street parking spaces in the vicinity of the theatre.
