About St. Catherine's Park
St. Catherine’s Park /Lucan Demesne is located in counties Fingal, Kildare, and South Dublin. It consists of 200 acres of woodland and grass land, with the river Liffey dividing the southern lands of South Dublin County Council from the remainder of the park.
There are plenty of activites available in the park: walks, dog run, running, football and picnics. Lucan BMX club is also located here.
The playground area is probably one of the best in Dublin/Kildare. There is ample parking right beside it, a ranger hut nearby with public toilets and plenty of picnic tables to feed the little ones.
The playground is huge - plenty of different activities; slides swings, climbing, zip wires and a maze among others.
A brilliant spot to relax on a nice day while the kids safely run off some energy.
