About An Cnoc Ban Farm
Based on our Co. Laois farm, which has been in the family for at least 8 generations we are currently operating an organic suckler beef enterprise with some grain grown for fodder.
We also run courses and workshops during the school holidays, linked to traditional themes such as St. Brigid's Day, Bealtaine, Mid Summer, Samhan/HallowE'en and Christmas. There is an emphasis on local flora and fauna with nature trails , making crafts based on the natural world around the participants and using recycled materials
Children can explore the natural life on our organic farm with guided activities, alphabet hikes, bug hunts and nature trails. Outdoor games and stories add to the fun
Seasonal Workshops, School Tours and Birthday parties.
