Oakfest returns to Oakfield Park this September for another weekend of live music, food and family-friendly festival fun. Held over two days in one of Donegal’s most scenic venues, the event offers a laid-back atmosphere with campervan parking, two stages and a line-up designed to suit all ages.
Saturday kicks off with a packed schedule of live music featuring Scottish chart-toppers Wet Wet Wet, disco icons Boney M and crowd favourites The Whistlin’ Donkeys. Other highlights include Racey, Super Ceili, The Davy K Project and Ballyshannon’s own The Shlacks. Once the main stage wraps up, the 30s Plus Club After Party keeps things going with DJ Darren B and DJ Crazy Conal.
Sunday brings a full day of tribute acts celebrating some of the biggest names in music. Ultimate Eagles headline with faithful renditions of classic hits, joined by Blondied, The Original Jukebox Heroes and Springsteen – A Tribute. The line-up also includes tributes to Dolly Parton, Robbie Williams and Lady Gaga, promising an afternoon of feel-good nostalgia and singalong favourites.
Weekend and day tickets are available now, with VIP passes offering exclusive access to The Green Room for guests over 18. Whether you’re in it for the music, the food or the atmosphere, Oakfest is set to be one of Donegal’s top events this year.
