Papa’s Pumpkin Patch returns with another fun-filled family experience in the heart of North County Dublin. Nestled on a working farm in Oldtown, this autumn outing includes pumpkin picking, farm animals, games, and a host of hands-on activities for children.
Families can explore the patch to pick their own pumpkin, perfect for carving or decorating at home. Each car ticket includes one pumpkin, with extra pumpkins available to buy on the day. The experience also includes access to Peggy’s Maize, face painting, a sandpit, storytelling, and a chance to visit and feed the farm animals. Children can try their hand at milking Daisy, the farm’s wooden cow, or get creative in the messy play area.
The two-hour sessions are booked per car, with parking right beside the patch. Groups of up to five people can enjoy the included activities, with options to add extras like painting a plaster pumpkin or picking up drinks and snacks from the farm shop.
Tickets must be booked in advance and are non-refundable. Visitors are asked to arrive on time and note that additional people or vehicles will be charged. No pets are allowed on-site, except for guide dogs.
