This November and December, 2025, Santa and his elves are back at EPIC, ready to welcome families for the most magical Christmas yet.
While Santa’s reindeer are busy training for their Christmas Eve flight, you’ll meet Santa on board his magical plane – Reindeer Airways, hidden deep within the museum vaults.
About the experience
Your Christmas adventure begins as you arrive at EPIC, where each child receives their very own festive passport and boarding pass for Reindeer Airways. You’ll journey through the museum before arriving at Santa’s Post Office — a cosy, festive gallery filled with Christmas cheer. Here, little ones can write and post their letters to Santa, enjoy some colouring and storytelling, and soak up the holiday magic.
Then it’s time for your flight!
One of Santa’s cheerful elves will check you in and guide you to Reindeer Airways, a twinkling, airplane-themed gallery where you’ll meet Santa himself. The big man in red is the real deal — with plenty of time for personal chats, a memorable photo, and a small gift to take home, making it a Christmas experience your family will treasure.
