About St Brigid’s Day Craft Workshop
Discover how the Irish celebrate Spring around the world in this fun and creative craft workshop suitable for children ages 6 – 12 years old. Learn all about the Irish traditions of St. Brigid’s day, such as making nature tables, before exploring how other cultures welcome in Spring. As part of this workshop, you will create a range of colourful craft items to take home, from Brigid’s straw crosses to Japanese cherry blossoms!
Pre-Booking is mandatory for this event as spaces are limited. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the workshop. Children who attend this workshop can avail of entry to EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum’s main exhibition for free, while accompanying adults are entitled to a 20% discount on tickets to EPIC – simply show a staff member your ticket to avail of the offer.
