TradFest ‘Create, Craft & Play’ with the Irish Family History Centre
About 'Creative craft and play’ workshop
Explore the connection between family history and music in this ‘creative craft and play’ workshop hosted by EPIC and the Irish Family History Centre. Suitable for families with children ages 6 – 12 years old, each family will create their own musical instrument together and explore some songs from the past all while in the atmospheric vaults of the CHQ building.
Tickets are €12 per family taking part and one ticket entitles you to make one instrument. Please purchase more tickets if you require more instruments.
Pre-Booking is mandatory for this event as spaces are limited. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the workshop. Ticket does not include entry to EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum’s main exhibition. However, participants at this event can avail of a 20% discount on tickets to EPIC – simply show a staff member your ticket to avail of the offer.
