The KringleTown Santa Experience returns with a brand-new adventure for 2025.
Families begin their visit by passing through the Nice-O-Meter and collecting a North Pole passport before stepping inside Santa’s Enchanted Elevator, a magical portal that transports guests to the heart of the North Pole.
The journey continues through Santa’s workshop, the express post station and a trail of festive scenes where you’ll meet cheerful elves, call in on Mrs Claus and enjoy photo stops along the way. The visit finishes with a personal meeting with Santa in his grotto and the chance for each child to choose their own gift from the workshop.
Families can also enjoy a range of free photo spots and festive activities on site, as well as optional attractions, a food stall and a seasonal Christmas Emporium packed with decorations and keepsakes.
