Now in its 13th year, Winterval transforms Waterford into a festive wonderland filled with lights, music and family activities. As the European City of Christmas, the city will host a packed programme of events with returning favourites, brand new experiences and reimagined attractions across the historic streets.
Families can enjoy a wide range of free and ticketed events including Santa visits, markets, shows, workshops and seasonal entertainment. Running every Thursday to Sunday, Winterval brings a magical atmosphere to Ireland’s oldest city and remains one of the country’s most loved Christmas festivals.
