Wexford Arts Centre Open Day
Saturday 24th August Wexford Arts Centre throws open it’s doors to the public to showcase the autumn programme including taster workshops, presentations and performances. Take the opportunity to meet facilitators Deirdre Meehan-Buttimer and Jeni Roddy who will be in the gallery with a demonstration of work that takes place in the Little Artists Club and the Saturday Art Club. The children’s art classes will be returning for a new term on September 7th offering children the opportunity to explore visual art and work with a range of materials and processes. There will also be a taster of the Adult Print Making workshops that will starting on 7th October and running weekly for a month. There will be a children’s Art competition with special prizes along with face painting and treats for the little ones. Red Moon Creative Arts Theatre will be present with some of their students letting their creative imaginations run free.
