Minimum 7 years old and 1 metre tall. Farran Park Course Information Zipit is delighted to announce the opening of its new third course to the fabulous Farran Forest Park in March 2015. Located just 20 minutes outside Cork city and within walking distance from the National Rowing Centre, Zipit is a great day out for all the family or anyone looking for an exhilarating and challenging outdoor activity in a natural setting. This acclaimed Aerial trail has 86 activities and over 800 metres of Ziplines for you to enjoy. Climb high into the treetops, swing into cargo nets, surf with a difference or try cycling a BMX over a treetop bridge before zipping down one of our many ziplines. Farran Forest Park has ample car parking, toilets, and a playground. Other features include a wildlife enclosure which holds a small herd of red and fallow deer which can easily be viewed from the walking trail and a large duck pond. A visit to Farran Forest Park is an educational experience for both young and old. Parking Information Please note there is a Coillte operated Pay station at Farran Forest Park with a Fee of €5 Per Car - accepts 50 cent, €1, €2 coins.
