About Irish National Stud & Gardens
The Irish National Stud is an ideal family trip from a number of locations in Ireland with it being only 45 minutes from Dublin City, one hour from Waterford, and two hours from both Cork and Galway.
As well as providing an opportunity to meet some of the most famous racehorses in the Stud Farm tour, there is the Japenese Gardens, Playground, St. Fiachras Gardens the Horse Museum and the kids will love the paddock where you can see the stars of the future playing around.
There are plenty of picnic areas and the restaurant serves excellent lunch or sandwiches at reasonable prices.
A different and fun day out.
