Enjoy a fun and easy paced two hour Guided Cycling Tour with Kilkenny Cycling Tours visiting historical and cultural sites around Kilkenny including Kilkenny Castle, The Kilkenny Design Centre, Shee Alms House, The Tholsel, St. Mary’s Church, Rothe House & Gardens, The Courthouse (Grace’s Castle), St. Francis’ Abbey, The Black Abbey and St. Canice’s Cathedral and some hidden gems along Irelands Medieval Mile.
We have bikes suitable for all ages and we use riverbank paths and backstreets to stay away from heavy traffic. Find out about Kilkenny’s most famous characters like the Witch Dame Alice Kyteler and William Earl Marshal, the greatest Knight that ever lived.
Two tours are available per day commencing from your accommodation or pre-arranged location in Kilkenny City Centre. The first tour departs at 10:00am with the second tour departing at 2:00pm. The tour is 10km long and lasts approximately two hours and thirty minutes (2 hours). This tour can be shortened or extended and can suit all ages. It’s a fun and environmentally friendly way to see all the attractions if you are only in Kilkenny for a short period.
