Waves Leisure Complex Lurgan offers a varied programme of activities throughout the year. The staff are always on hand to give advice and make your visit enjoyable. We are located beside the award winning Lurgan Park allowing you to enjoy both indoor and outdoor leisure in the same location. The complex includes a 25-metre pool and a children/learner pool with water features especially popular with small children. If you wish to simply relax and unwind why not take advantage of the thermal health suite. The suite features a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Guidelines for parents bringing children All children under 3 years old must be accompanied by someone over 16 years of age who must stay in contact with the child at all times. Ratio – 1 adult to 1 child Children between 4 to 7 should be accompanied on a maximum 2 children to 1 adult basis Swimming Lessons Whatever your age or ability there are lessons available at all our pools. Swimming is not only great fun and good exercise, it’s an important skill to have for life. All our swimming pools offer a dedicated swimming lesson programme. The programme, taught by fully qualified Swim Teachers, allows children and adults develop their skills and improve their confidence in a variety of strokes. Once enrolled into our Swim School we guarantee their place in each set of lessons from beginner to advanced. Enrolment into the Swim School is open on a number of occasions throughout the year. The Eliminator All participants must be confident in the water and able to swim 50 meters unaided (2 lengths of main pool) All children under 3 years old must be accompanied by someone over 16 years of age who must stay in contact with the child at all times. Just some of the many benefits and features our revolutionary fitness equipment offers. Inflatable Party A unique inflatable play centre that is most suitable for children aged between 3 and 8. Perfect for birthday parties and special occasions. We recommend this fun filled activity session for children aged between 3 and 8 years old. Each session is 1 hour long and 12 children can participate on the inflatable at any one time. (If you have more than 12 in your party then we can rotate throughout the session).
